Santé Chloé! Happy Birthday, to the outstanding French fashion house, in which was founded 60 years ago by Gaby Aghion. After many years of success, Barneys NY, has the honor to present a wonderful window installation of Chloé's dresses, bringing the free-spirit vibe that the brand is known for.
The legendary hairstylist Bob Recine, was selected to create the spectacular scenery as shown in this article. Taking thousands of musical instruments, multitudes of geometric shapes, using various amount of colors, and in spite that he symbolized hair as fabric, represents his creativity along with the brand and shows how amazing his work can be.
Words can't describe how beautiful this installation is to me. The way how everything is so detailed with such sentiment symbolism is a huge importance to the fashion industry, and myself. It is not everyday, that fashion is viewed as a work of art rather than something that is only worn throughout the day. If only I could stand in front of this window display and truly absorb the hard work that was put behind this display, I'd be truly satisfied. Cheers to wonderful Chloé and Bob Recine.
